Beyond the heritage and urban planning aspect, the issues of social cohesion, economic development and the environment were discussed with the inhabitants in a co-construction approach: 15% of the 5,000 inhabitants of Bout-des-Pav\u00e9s Ch\u00eane-des-Anglais people got involved in the consultation. A multidisciplinary team was formed to run two citizen dialogue workshops and \u201cbuild\u201d a guide plan, led by an urban architect, urban programming, and landscape expertise. At the heart of the district, real &#8220;urban parks&#8221; are to be created to make them living spaces with benches, planters, new games, green loops to connect them to natural spaces. With Nantes Nord, Nantes is one of the 7 pilot cities to join the Urbinat experiment, conducted on a European scale.
