Con unos SUDS \nadecuados, podemos gestionar \neficazmente las lluvias torrenciales.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid art-descr\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Descripci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Los sistemas urbanos de drenaje sostenible se han desarrollado para reducir el volumen de la \nescorrent\u00eda superficial y mejorar el drenaje de las zonas urbanas. Los SUDS permiten controlar el \nagua mediante \u00e1rboles y vegetaci\u00f3n, tejados verdes, estanques y humedales. Adem\u00e1s de reducir el \nriesgo de inundaciones, los SUDS en el paisaje urbano pueden aportar otros beneficios \nmedioambientales y ecol\u00f3gicos. Los beneficios de la aplicaci\u00f3n de los SUDS suelen ser la mejora \nde la cantidad y la calidad del agua, la amenidad y la biodiversidad. Los SUDS tambi\u00e9n pueden \ncontribuir a reducir el ruido, filtrar el aire, favorecer la biodiversidad y proporcionar un espacio verde \ncom\u00fan est\u00e9ticamente agradable.<\/p>\n<p>Un ejemplo de SUDS son los tejados verdes, que pueden aumentar la interceptaci\u00f3n y el \nalmacenamiento de las aguas pluviales y la evaporaci\u00f3n en zonas muy urbanizadas, especialmente \ncuando el espacio para introducir infraestructuras verdes es reducido. Se espera que los SUDS se \nconviertan en una soluci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica para las ciudades, habida cuenta del cambio clim\u00e1tico y de las \ncondiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas extremas que se registran en la mayor\u00eda de los Estados miembros de \nla UE.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid art-important contexto pol\u00edtico, la ubicaci\u00f3n \nf\u00edsica, las organizaciones pertinentes, las personas implicadas y \nc\u00f3mo se re\u00fanen para debatir sobre los SUDS en un momento
