Aligned with the UN&#8217;s Sustainable Development Goals and the EU&#8217;s Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Directive, this program encourages the HoReCa sector to embrace sustainability. It emphasizes tracking resource consumption reductions, introducing practical sustainability solutions, and compensating for GHG emissions.
