I Distretti\/Quartieri a Energia\nPositiva sono aree urbane o gruppi di edifici collegati che possono produrre pi\u00f9 energia rinnovabile\nlocale rispetto al proprio consumo e possono gestirla, immagazzinarla e distribuirla per fornire\nservizi al quartiere in modo corretto.<\/p>\n<p>Per renderli reali, il primo passo \u00e8 garantire un\u2019elevata efficienza nei settori dell\u2019edilizia,\ndell\u2019industria e dei trasporti. Una volta raggiunto questo obiettivo, \u00e8 necessaria meno energia e la\ndomanda energetica pu\u00f2 essere soddisfatta utilizzando fonti energetiche rinnovabili. Per fornire la\nquantit\u00e0 di energia necessaria in ciascun punto della PED \u00e8 necessaria l'integrazione di diversi\nsistemi e infrastrutture, nonch\u00e9 l'interazione tra edifici, utenti e i sistemi regionali energetici, di\nmobilit\u00e0 e ICT.
